So glad to hear that news as the past study groups have been priceless at this time of renewal and living Anthroposophy as Rudolph Steiner had hoped, and mentioned. Gratitude for all the efforts involved, and looking forward within enthusiasm.

On the subject of apoptosis raised at the end of session two, Rupert Sheldrake was first known for his work on that concept as it emerged, 1974.

I suspect that the relation between this work and Sheldrake’s later much more controversial work on morphic resonance would have much relevance to Steiner’s notion of spirit. And perhaps more on the etheric plane rather than the astral.
