wow…

i haven’t heard of a consciousness of st michael before, as an idea

so, Steiner thought that this also occured during the time of Aristotle?

i used to live behind a catholic church called st michaels, and i went there pretty often; it felt like i basically lived on the property since my house was right behind it…. omg i looked it up after not being in the area for years, and to my horror, it is on yt but, not recognizable inside; it was dark and beautiful…and only used a large organ at the rear with priest and people to sing the mass….

but… its like i just had a nightmare whike awake, bc apparently it is still catholic?? but it doesnt seem like it at all; theres a guaedy band of people singing with guitars… so, i dont think that is catholic! only protestant churches have people with guitars…yikes. and the interior…theu just destroyed it…made the ceilings lower…took away all the dark wood… its an abomination, all around. well…what does that even entail? the music and interior are now like a torture chamber…for anyone with any taste whatsoever 😵😵‍💫🤯 wow. i really didnt think such horror was possible. / okay….

i was going to speak to the goethe vs darwin idea…. and certainly agree with that. i have the book by jung which he wrote to accompany faust, the Mysterium Coniunctionis

and… Michael as communion….thats really powerful, like maybe when in zen buddhism, everyone sits zazen, and it is not isolated as an individual, but there is communion as the dharma kaya…where the person goes beyond self, whether they sit alone or with others

whatever happened to the church i used to go to…it is surely a desecration and i hope it would have been put out of its misery… or better, for that never to have happened…how something so beautiful amd serene, with such quiet cavernous depths, and also the practice of mass, which was indeed a full participation…but with only the huge organ and singing…. my god. they had the insane guitar people there, singing during mass…even in place of the organ..

during communion!

if i still believed in the strict catholic faith, i would think that surely it had been taken over by satan…but! theres no way that satan is so gaudy and hideous; satan at least would have aesthetic understanding…i dont think satan could bare to enter such a nightmare as that!

well, no wonder everybody left the church…how sick!

i lost my entire train of thought…but i do love the idea of returning to a practice of science with the other elements in it, which had been mostly lost since the enlightenment!

😶‍🌫️ i have been enjoying the book by Yuk Hui, Machine and Sovereignty, where same issues are addressed, and he does bring up a fun point with the opposites, where the protestants who were farmers, had an idea of the farm being opposed to pristine nature, while the catholics believed that nature was something else; they established businesses around the world without living in the same places, and had dift ideas …. certainly not the american myth of the farm vs organic pristine nature….. or, the machine vs the garden

ps 😆🥰 O.G. Rose shows up!! i assumed that my substack skipped to a dift recording, since i follow him also on here… lol

ps- im reading the book, The delusions of crowds by Bernstein, and he mentions Joseph Priestly who was one of the last natural scientists who used the bible to make actual prophesy~ he died in 1804.

Darwin released On the Origin in 1859, so… mostly no one used the bible after that….no mix of natural science and the bible… interesting to note! bc, mostly, i thought that the enlightenment knocked that out long before then!

also, i enjoyed the rant by David Deutsch in a video i saw the other day, where he shows how education by using standardization, is a form of coercion… and shuts down creativity

( he notes how standardization is very very recent! ) every college used to have its own board which chose the curriculum! but now, therevis only one correct answer!

when in reality~ there are many true answers to any given question

🫠ps

st michael to catholics is , the angel of death… he shows up and then gives you a chance to repent and then takes you where you deserve to be…..

kinda sounds like Hermes in that respect

but as for community and education….

💙this has given me so many openings for dift lines of thought!

Given that Mike Kyle is the countenance of Christ he is a vast source of agapic Force related to the volition in all spheres, as are the other spiritual hierarchies. So vital to point out the relevance throughout history, and at this time. Thank you for the clarity in the expose as always.
